Cashly
Cashly is a digital product solution designed to simplify how individuals and businesses receive payments. The platform connects multiple payment methods such as bank transfers, mobile money, credit cards and digital wallets into one centralized system. Users receive a unique, shareable payment link that customers can use to make payments quickly and conveniently.
Goal
To create a seamless, user friendly way for people and businesses to receive payments without juggling multiple applications, accounts or bank details.
Problem Statement
Many small businesses and freelancers struggle with:
• Manage different payment channels
• Tracking transactions across applications
• Sending long or confusing bank/account details to customers.
• Losing payments due to errors or miscommunications.
• Unified Payment Link:
A unique personal or business link (e.g Cashly.me/username) that support multiple payment options.
• Integrated Payment Channels:
Users can connect bank accounts, mobile money platforms and digital wallets.
• Real Time Tracking:
Track incoming payments from all sources in a single dashboard.
• Customer Convenience:
Customers choose their preferred payment method after clicking the link.
• Instant Notification:
User get alerts for successful transactions.

My Role
• Led the UX/UI design from research to final prototype.
• Conducted competitor analysis to understand gaps in existing payment link tools.
• Created userflows, wireframes and high fidelity screens.
• Designed a clean, modern interface to make onboarding and payment selection effortless.
• Collaborated with developers to ensure smooth implementation of user experience.
Onboarding Screen
For this project, i designed an onboarding screen that sets the tone for the entire product experience. I kept the content minimal and intentional by helping users get familiar with Cashly's core features without slowing them down.
Sign up & Login Screens
I designed both the sign up and login screens to keep account creation simple, quick and welcoming for new users while focusing on clarity and familiarity for the login screen which helps returning users get back into the application effortlessly.
Transaction Screens
I designed the transaction screens to make sending, receiving and reviewing payments feel intuitive, transparent and effortless for users
Home Screens
I designed the home screen to give users a clear overview of their account while gently reminding new users to complete their KYC with a simple, non-intrusive pop up reminder.
Send Payments
I designed the payment flow so users can easily enter another user's Cashly link, add an amount and optional note, choose their preferred linked payment method, review a summary and securely confirm the transaction with their PIN.
Receive Payments
I designed the receive payment screen to let users quickly copy or share their Cashly's link so they can easily send it to anyone who wants to make payment to them.
Top Up Screens
I designed the Top up Screens to let users enter their desired amount, choose a linked account to fund it from and securely confirm the transaction with a PIN.
Wallet Screen
I designed the Wallet Screen to display all the user's linked digital currencies through a card carousel to view their various digital currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum etc while also easily adding new payment options.
Customer Support
I designed the customer support screen with the Cashly bot to provide users with instant, easy to access help and guidance directly with the application.
Notification Screen
I designed the notification screen to keep users informed about their account activity, transactions and important updates in a clear and organized way.
Profile Screen
I designed the profile screen to give users a clear view of their personal information, account settings and preferences, all in one easy to manage place.
KYC
I designed the KYC screen to guide users through securely submitting their identification documents, making the verification process simple, clear and trustworthy.
Profile Setup
I designed the profile setup screens so users can customize what the public sees when they share their Cashly link while also easily managing and editing the information they prefer to keep private.
